Are your stickers and pins waterproof?
Currently my stickers and pins are listed as water resistant due to the uncertainty with erosion from long term or harsh water submersions. However, my stickers have sustained their quality placed on water bottles, being hand washed, and other forms of mild water exposure! As for my handmade pins; they can withstand splashes, rainfall, etc. so long as the entire pin is not submerged for long periods of time. If your pin fell victim to a quick plunge - do not fret! You can simply air-dry them faced-down and they shall be good as new. I do not recommend leaving your pins submerged for long periods of time as the back of the pin may lose some durability.
How long will my order take?
Processing orders will take between 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and possible delays with USPS, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive if you are within North America. All other locations may take up to 4 weeks.
I am not from North America, can I still order your products?
Unfortunately, at this time I only allow particular countries outside North America to order as the shop is fairly small. If you are within the United Kingdom or other countries, you can view your availability location on my etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/chewmai). Once I have a better grasp on how to complete international orders successfully, I will expand the store's deliverable locations!
I am missing part of my order, or received something I did not order?
There may be an occasion where a product you order is missing from your package. If that is the case, please email [email protected]. If you received an extra product - Congratulations! You got a freebie product! Freebie products are given away occasionally to show gratitude for shopping at our store. Thank you for your support!
Return and Refund Policy
Please double check your cart when you check out since all sales are final. However if your product arrives with defects (tears, printing errors, etc. unless purchased from an "OOPS! stickers" packet) please email [email protected] with an image and we attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Policy
All customers must cover the cost for shipping unless otherwise noted (sales, free shipping deals, etc.). Costs of shipping will be provided during checkout after you have completed inputting your information. If a package is lost in transit, please email [email protected] with your order information and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
